Westside – International Returns & Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges
•    International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
•    Reverse pickup is not available outside India.

Refunds (Defective Products Only)
•    Refunds are allowed only if the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.
•    You must inform Customer Care (westside@trent-tata.com or +917304040086) within 48 hours of delivery.
•    Share Order ID, photos/videos of product and packaging.
•    We reserve the right to assess whether the damage is manufacturing/transit related or post-purchase.

Refund Scope
•    Refund includes product value and shipping charges (if any).
•    Customs duties, bank charges, and FX charges are not refundable.

Refund Method
•    Refund will be processed to the original credit card via Razor pay.

Non-Qualifying Cases
•    Incorrect size selection
•    Colour variation due to screens
•    Wear & tear or post-delivery damage

Partial Shipments
•    If part of your order is not shipped, refund for those items will be processed automatically.
