UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman.

International Order & Shipping Charges

  • Minimum order value: USD 50.
  • USD 10 shipping charge appliable on international orders, which is currently complimentary in lieu of launch.
  • Payments accepted via Credit Card only.
  • Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction or currency conversion charges. These charges are payable directly by you to your bank.

Delivery Partner

  • All orders shipped via FedEx.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated 7–10 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Tracking

  • Track your order via Clickpost using your Order ID.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • Customs duties and import taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the logistics partner.
  • The logistics partner will provide a customs receipt.

KSA Packaging Requirement

  • Orders to Saudi Arabia may be shipped in degradable packaging as per regulations.

Delivery Failures

  • Provide a complete and accurate address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be abandoned.
  • No refund will be issued in such cases.

Delays

  • Delivery timelines may be impacted by customs or local regulations beyond our control.
